Stampin Up! Serene Snowflakes Christmas Card 2009

This is going to be one of my Christmas cards this year. I love the Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series paper in the Holiday Mini. It is still available for order. I wanted something simple to mass produce. I used a Sheetloads of Cards template for this one. I cut everything out in around an hour and then stamped and put them together in about an hour. This template made 12 cards so I was very happy with the time used to make them. I give out a lot of cards at church and mailing them to friends and family. I still need to make a lot more. If I were going to mail this card, I would probably use a strip of Real Red instead of the ribbon so I would not have to spend extra to mail them.

I have more card stock cut out and waiting to be stamped and put together for a different card design. I will share that one later. I hope to have a few days next week to get them all finished and addressed and in the mail. I know I love to look at the cards I receive for as long as I can. I tape them up on a wall to use as a decoration. I love Christmas! It is my favorite holiday plus the celebration of the birth of my Saviour! All supplies are from Stampin' Up! and are listed below.

Supplies used:

  • Card stock - Whisper White, Soft Suede, Real Red, Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper
  • Inks - Real Red and Soft Suede Classic Ink
  • Accessories - Real Red 1/4" grosgrain ribbon, Modern Label and Word Window punches, glue dot to hold the ribbon
