I have another video up at You Tube on my TarheelStamper channel.  Two cards I made with the techniques are shown below.

A quick run down of the steps to faux embossing technique are:
1.  Stamp your image with Craft White Ink (pigment ink) on a piece of card stock and let dry.
2.  Stamp your image on your imaging sheet using the stamp-a-ma-jig.
3.  Using that stamped imaging sheet, position the image over the stamped image on the card stock so it is slightly off.  I usually position mine to the right and down to make sure I get the same shadow effect every time.  This is especially important for stamping several images on one piece of card stock.
5.  Remove imaging sheet while holding the stamp-a-ma-jig in place.
4. Tap stamp on Classic ink pad (dye ink). The ink should be the same color as the card stock or versamark. I have never tried this with other colors.
5.  Place stamp in corner of stamp-a-ma-jig and lower to paper leaving your stamped image.  Now you have a faux embossed image.  Continue with other images if needed.

Tarheel Stamper - Lovely as a Tree Masculine Birthday

Made this one for my brother's upcoming birthday.  Since it is in the fall, I thought Early Espresso, Soft Suede, More Mustard, and Cajun Craze were great for this card.  I inked the trees with Versamark and then with Early Espresso to heat emboss with clear embossing powder.  You can see the shine from the embossing on the close up.  The tag is a the Jewelry Tag punch and tied on with Linen Thread.  Love the color combination!  Makes me think of fall.  Don't forget that you can click on the photo to bring it up in a larger view.

Have a wonderful day,
